I had been shopping for a new Ram warlock for about 3weeks . Most dealers wouldn’t run numbers until I did a credit report . I was not going to have my report ran multiple times. I contacted Reed at Sam Leman in champagne. They did run the numbers for me without a credit App . Price was great ! Numbers were good . So I then moved forward gave them my credit info and drove 2 hours from my home and purchased my Warlock . They will get my future business too. Great people !! Also best price I could fine !

I had a terrible experience with Champaign Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram service department. I went into the service department because my car Check Engine Light came on and my brake pedal was stiff. Didnt get the right service for what i paid for. After paying 1200 for labor and parts, on top of a 135 plus tax multipoint diagnostic, but the problem is still there. Called and came back but didnt even bother to check it again, instead they gave me another quotation for another part they said it needs to be replace. So I decided to go to another dealership to have it check again , and they found out that what this dealership told me was not right.

We honestly could not have been more happy with the overall outcome of our vehicle purchase with the help of Scott Johnson. The dealership was fair with their pricing. Scott was more than helpful finding exactly what we wanted in the Pacifica. We had a few minor hiccups along the way that were quickly taken care of and followed up by Scott—such a professional reaponse in sales! All in all, just a great experience.
